Woolies Healthy Spring Recipes

Woolworths are your local fresh food people! If you want to make the most of the in-season produce, you came to the right place.

Woolworths have shared some healthy recipes so we can make the most of the produce that is currently in season this Spring! From watermelons, avocados, grapes, mangos there is a recipe that you will want to try!

Our personal favourites are their Raspberry Cheesecake pots and Grilled Mango with Lime Yoghurt.

Raspberry Cheesecake Pots

One of our personal favourites was their Raspberry Cheesecake pots and Grilled Mango with Lime Yoghurt.

To make the Raspberry Cheesecake pots all you need is, Rolled Oats, Macro Almond spread, Dried Dates, Greek Style Yoghurt, Ricotta, Honey, Vanilla Bean paste and Raspberries.

Step 1: Preheat oven and place oats and almond spread in a baking dish, mix well and bake until golden. Allow to cool and transfer to food processor.

Step 2: Add dates to oat mix and process until crumbs form. Divide into serving glasses.

Step 3: Place yoghurt, ricotta, honey and vanilla in food processor until smooth. Spoon mix over the oat mix.

Step 4: Place half raspberries in processor until smooth. Spoon over yoghurt mix. Top the remaining raspberries on top of glasses.

Grilled Mango with Lime Yoghurt

For the Grilled Mango with Lime Yoghurt the ingredients include, mangos, dairy-free natural coconut yoghurt, a lime, macadamia nuts, and mint leaves.

Step 1: Preheat pan and score the mango flesh in a criss-cross pattern.

Step 2: Place mango cut side down and cook until caramelised.

Step 3: Combine Yoghurt and lime zest in a small bowl

Step 4: Drizzle mango with juice and top with nuts and mint, serve with yoghurt.
