Rod Bailey Pop-Up!

Local Artist Rod Bailey and his fellow artist Karen Collins will be hosting a Pop-Up at Redland Bay Village from 10 December – 24 December. Whether you are an avid art collector or you like to browse, come along and check it out!

About Rod: Rod is an award-winning local artist who lives on Macleay Island.  There are many inspiring, amazing people on the island, which you wouldn’t know with just a cursory glance. Their motivation to paint also comes from the beautiful natural environment in which they live and its interaction with people. His studio is a part of his house, and where he loves to be.  When he’s not painting, he’s thinking about painting. 

About Fellow Artist Karen Collins:
Karen Collins is a local artist who has always found inspiration in the natural world: the serene ambience of a rainforest, the textures of water and sand at an Aussie beach, the majesty of a Mountain Gorilla in Burundi…

She has been lucky to have had the opportunity to travel extensively, collecting images in her mind and her camera. She infuses these memories into each piece of her collection.
