Redland Bay Shopping Village underwent a major redevelopment which expand the gross lettable area (GLA) of the bayside centre from 4168sqm to approximately 8518sqm.

The redevelopment is anchored by the introduction of a full-line 3400sqm Woolworths supermarket opened in April 2022 and an additional 950sqm of additional lettable area.

Servicing the community since 2001, Redland Bay Village currently hosts 31 retailers, services and eateries.

Redland Bay Village has a growing food precinct which includes a selection of dine-in and takeaway options including Thai and Chinese restaurants, a boutique cafe, Dominos Pizza and hot chicken shop.

It is also an established centre for medical and Allied Health services with existing tenants including two medical centres, a large format discount pharmacy and QML Pathology.

Service tenants at Redland Bay Village include Australia Post, two real estate agents, hairdresser and barber and news agency.
